Visto has completed its acquisition of Good Technology from Motorola (NYSE: MOT), announced a week ago. The combined company will be called Good Technology and will have “400 people directly operating in 10 countries in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific”. Visto, the mobile e-mail provider, has ended a two-year patent dispute with Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT) today.
