JiWire, the San Francisco-based company that started off as a Wi-Fi directory and evolved into an ad network that helps Wi-Fi hotspots generate revenue, has raised $11.1 million in new funding, reports peHUB. Los Angeles-based MoGreet has received $2.5 million in its second round of venture funding. The round was led by previous investor Draper Fisher Jurvetson Frontier Fund. The company has mobile video greetings service, and users can send it to each other for $0.49 and $0.99 per message.
