U.S. mobile adult content provider (they call it “late night entertainment programming”) Waat Media, which earlier this year bought our German mobile gaming company Charismatix, has combined both and the parent company is now called Twistbox Entertainment. The parent also announced $12.75 million in venture funding from Spark Capital.
Over the next 90 days Charismatix will be rebranded as Twistbox Games. All adult programming will remain under the Waat subsidiary.
The big idea? Girls + Games= $$s. We’ll see.
