Viacom Acquires Atom Entertainment For $200 Million

Atom Entertainment CEO Mika Salmi confirmed to sister site paidContent.org a WSJ report that Viacom is acquiring the company for $200 million. The deal was signed today and should close within the next few months. Salmi said he will stay on as CEO and that Atom will be part of MTV Networks. More to come.
