Six Contract Wins And £3.5m Placing Lift DA

DA Group, which creates avatars, has announced six new contracts, although it has refused to detail who the contracts were with. The description of one is quite interesting: “He said the new partner in Australia wanted a branded variation of the Yomego football product - adapted for the Aussie Rules game…This product currently allows people to send visual messages to celebrate with fellow football supporters or rub salt in the wounds of rivals - a product which Antliff believed would have been popular on Sunday during the gripping climax to the Scottish Premier league contest ultimately won by Rangers…Users can create their own match heroes, strip format, and colours, and send animated messages at the simple touch of a few buttons.”
There’s been a lot of movement in the region of avatars and virtual people lately, and I think the uses are only going to get more imaginative…
