This is from a few days ago, but Scoopt—the cameraphone picture agency—is “about to sign a deal which puts Scoopt software on 10 million handsets going into every market in the world except China. That is a pretty big deal for us, it will make a major difference,” according to founder Kyle MacRae. There aren’t any further details on that, but there are details of Scoopts efforts to raise 300K pounds in order to tide the company over for nine months until a serious fundraising effort is done.
