SoonR, which has developed an app to allows users to access content and other service and files PCs via the phone, has closed its first round of funding at $6 million (we reported prelim closing here).  The investment was led by Clearstone Venture Partners, with participation by Intel Capital and private investors.
Besides remote access, you can also share the info with other users, make Skype calls through normal cellphone etc. More details in release here.
