Netherland’s 2waytraffic Acquires Emexus For €11 Million

2waytraffic, Netherlands-based developer of interactive content for TV and mobile phones, has acquired Dutch mobile service provider Emexus for an initial consideration of €8 million and a deferred consideration of up to €3 million. Emexus, which has ofices in  Almere (the Netherlands), New York, Kuala Lumpur and Kiev, provides content aggregation and delivery technologies for mobile marketing, entertainment and mobile internet companies. It has revenues of €2.7 million, and net profits of €0.7 million.
