Mobile Apps Startup Pelago Gets $7.4 Million Funding From Bezos And Others

Pelago, a stealth mobile applications startup formed earlier this year by former Amazon.com SVP Jeff Holden and former Amazon.com engineer Darren Vengroff, has raised $7.4 million from Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Amazon.com founder Jeff Bezos and Trilogy Equity Partners. The money will be used to continue working on a new mobile service that involves social networking, reports Seattle PI.
