Loudeye Shareholders Approve Nokia Deal
So that’s settled: Loudeye, the digital music distributor, said its stockholders overwhelmingly approved its acquisition by Nokia…about 91 percent of the shareholder votes approved the deal, according to an SEC filing. In early August, Nokia said it would buy Loudeye for about $60 million, as a way to expand its mobile digital music offerings.
