LaNetro Zed, a Spanish mobile content company with presence in Europe and Latin America, has acquired 100 per cent of the rival Spanish mobile content firm Alvento. We don’t have much details of the acquisition. Here is the press release (pdf) in Spanish. LaNetro Zed had last week listed in stock exchanges.
