Another niche mobile content site, JazzOutLoud plans to offer mobile content for Jazz enthusiasts. The service will launch “this fall” and include both ringtones and full track downloads…there are several labels involved. The main players behind the site are IRIS Distribution, Palmetto Records web developer BKWLD.
