German mobile marketing and content applications firm YOC (short for Your Opinion Counts) has filed for an IPO on the Frankfurt market. Its IPO share price gave it a Euro 33.3M valuation and Euro 10M to invest in international expansion, including opening an office in Poland and plans for small acquisitions.
European VC firm BMP holds about 20 percent of the firm, from its investments into it. YOC is currently managing the mobile marketing part of Nike’s new high-profile Joga Bonita campaign in Germany.
