Forbes Goes Mobile
Forbes Magazine has launched a mobile version of its website. “The company is targeting on-the-go executives with free access to all editorial content from Forbes.com including breaking news, stock quotes, tearsheet data and charts. Users can access the offering via HTML and WAP from smart phones including the Motorola Inc. Q, Palm Inc. Treo and Research In Motion Ltd.‘s BlackBerry.” The Forbes.com Mobile site says “Just type http://www.forbes.com into your web-enabled mobile device and go”, so I think the site is detecting the device and reformating the webpage.
