Cingular Launches Its Music Service; Streaming XM; Yahoo/Napster/eMusic Tie-Ups
The details are pretty much as expected, and what we’ve described in two posts since last night: the service is imaginatively called Cingular Music, and has tie-ups with Yahoo, Napster and EMusic for portable subscription downloads and transfers onto Cingular phones; also a tie-up with XM Satellite Radio, to stream 25 radio stations (for $8.99 a month)...the full service will launch November 6....more details on our sister site MocoNews.net, here.

No. They do not have Windows Media DRM. They are unable to make it working, so it can be hacked easily.
