Buongiorno Acquires UK Mobile Video Production Company Inventa For $2 Million

Two weeks after announcing buying Chinese mobile content service firm eDongAsia, Buongiorno, the Italy-based mobile content company, has acquired UK-based Inventa,a mobile video production agency for about $2 million.
Last year, Inventa, co-founded and co-owned by Profero, Damian Mould and BBC Radio 1 DJ Pete Tong, produced more than 2,300 minutes of original video clips for mobile shows….these shows featured people/brands such as chef Jamie Oliver, Pete Tong, Roger Sanchez and the Ministry of Sound. Release.
