Vodafone CEO Arun Sarin To Leave With Up To $50 Million

image So was it all worth it? Vodafone’s departing CEO Arun Sarin could be leaving with as much as £25 million ($50) million in a final payout, reports the Guardian. During his sometimes-tumultuous five-year tenure at the global telecoms group, Sarin accumulated 28.5 million shares and options, which he has not yet collected, and an additional 14.5 million in shares and share options as yet uncashed. The total—as long as Vodafone (NYSE: VOD) stays on track—means his shares and options will be worth over £22 million ($44 million). His final year’s salary £1.3 million ($2.6 million) plus a £2.13 million ($4.26 million) bonus comes in at £3.595 million, tipping his compensation to just over £25 million ($50 million). Meanwhile, incoming Vittorio Colao could take in as much as £9 million ($18 million) in his first year at the company if he hits all of the company’s goals.

All they did is stuff their pockets with bonuses and bullion.  They never look out for the investor only their own worth..  WAKE UP,  you Director's of the Board ,  we your investor's will not tolerate this disgraceful demise.
