Zannel, a viral mobile distribution network, has announced the official debut of its service. The idea is to let people/companies create channels which can be sent to friends or mobile phones by viewers. The drawcard is intended to be ease-of-use for amatuers, allowing them to create their own channels. Zannel is also promoting the service to companies as a way for their content to be discovered virally… Konami has created a channle for its upcoming Xbox 360 game Dance Dance Revolution, and a community channel will be launched which will allow people to upload videos and pictures of their own efforts on the game. The X PRIZE Foundation has also opened a channel asking users to send in videos of what they consider to be the largest, most challenging issues facing humanity today.
