No clue about the amount but short message platform Twitter has raised a round of funding from Union Square Ventures with participation from Charles River Ventures, Marc Andreessen, Dick Costolo, Ron Conway, Naval Ravikant and others. Co-founder are Evan Williams, Jack Dorsey, and Biz Stone, From the Twitter blog: “Twitter is going to use this funding to grow our resources and focus on the important tasks ahead.”
