Twitter, the microblog platform, is going to Japan, officially, and has received an undisclosed amount of investment (though small) from local investment firm Digital Garage, according to reports. The service is supposed to be launched in Spring this year, the report says. Digital Garage is the incubator founded by investor Joi Ito, and has invested in Technorati Japan with Technorati.
