Tungle Raises $5 Million First Round; Launches Beta Web Scheduling Service

Canadian scheduling service Tungle has closed its first round of funding of $5 million, led by Commonwealth Capital Ventures. Existing investors, including JLA Ventures and Desjardins Venture Capital, also participated. The company said it would use the funding to expand marketing and engineering activities. Tungle also launched the open beta version of its free web scheduling service, allowing users to share their calendars with others, while working with Outlook—with or without Microsoft Exchange—as well as Google Calendar, Apple iCal, Entourage, or on its own. The service works both on browsers and on smartphones, as it is formatted for each device’s display. Release.

I want to speak with Internet-related companies who are interested in trading equity for a $10,000,000 media consumer campaign investment. Please contact me for a written proposal.
