A few weeks after T-Mobile International head expressed unhappiness over Nokia’s (NYSE: NOK) efforts to launch its own music and media services, the company may be planning to dump all Nokia handsets which can access Ovi mobile internet service as it would compete with their own in-house content platform, German magazine WirtschaftsWoche reported citing anonymous sources, picked up by Cellular-News.

T-Mobile will offer now only 10 Nokia phones to customers, all without Ovi, compared with 15 phones five weeks ago..the company spokesperson said that T-mob is in negotiations with Nokia, and “are pretty confident to find a solution soon”. Does that mean money could solve the issue, or no Ovi at all? Also not clear: if this would only be for Germany, or worldwide?

The German language story is here.

UPDATE: Head of T-Mobile Germany Philipp Humm told Reuters (NSDQ: RTRSY) that it was “not its policy to exclude Nokia products” from its handset line up and denied the story from German magazine WirtschaftsWoche, saying he did not know why they had drawn that conclusion.
