Sprint and real estate mobile content provider Smarter Agent have increased their offerings to include apartments for rent. The idea is that people can find places to rent near where they are (as determined by their GPS phone), with the service costing $2.99 per month plus data charges. This is cheaper than the $4.99 per month houses for sale service that Sprint and Smarter Agent offer, but the final transaction is worth less and people normally change rental houses more then they buy and sell houses.
