Sling Keen To Stream To iPhone

Sling Media CEO Blake Krikorian has apparently spoken to Apple about streaming iTunes music and video to the upcoming iPhone, although Apple is being its usual coy self about the idea. “To make it work, content must be streamed from a PC to an Apple TV and then to a Slingbox before finally landing on an iPhone. The system, besides being complex, would also require consumers to shell out for a Slingbox, an Apple TV and an iPhone,” notes CNet. The issue here is that the iPhone doesn’t really come with the connectivity for decent streaming, except for WiFi, and it’s pretty certain Apple could come up with a streaming solution itself if it wanted to.
