SHAPE Services, which developes cross-platform mobile communication software like IM+ All-in-One Messenger and IM+ for Skype, has bought the first website offering iPhone applications, iphoneapplicationlist.com. The terms and conditions of the deal were not disclosed. IPhone Application List was built in June this year by Steven Schopp from new York, so it’s a pretty fast turn-around to a sale. Shape has some IM and Skype services for the iPhone, and another application on there lets you send free SMS over the web. It seems Schopp will continue working on the site. (release)
