Publisher Red Herring is planning an ad-supported mobile RSS news reader. The Red Herring Mobile News Reader will deliver breaking news from Red Herring and will be customized by users. The prototype will be demo’d later this month. The advertising part will use SOMA (Smaato Open Mobile Advertising).
