Peepsnation (a mobile social network from Trilibis Mobile) has launched on the decks of Verizon, Sprint, Virgin mobile and Boost Mobile—it’s also available via WAP at peepsnation.mobi, but it’s the deck placement which is likely to be the source of any major take-up. Mobile social networks seem to be about short interactions with feedback, and Peepsnation users can browse through numerous profiles and pictures, send graphics-based tags (such as You¹re Hot, Rock Star, Player, Angel) and leave instananeous feedback. There’s also the capacity to send each other written messages, and eventually meet after agreeing to it…the free WAP version requires people to pay for messages.
