The very trendy thing to do among bloggers after receiving a new gadget is take a video of the opening of the box up, and then slowly take out each component one at a time. This time with the launch of the iPhone 3G, AT&T (NYSE: T) decided to make an own official unboxing video (which makes us believe they somewhat have a clue). We decided to compare it to an unboxing video on Boy Genius Report, which is at a huge disadvantage because the device hadn’t been activated yet, but still manages to pull off a cooler aura with techno-background music.
