MVNO Service Company Ztar Mobile Gets $4 Million Funding
MVNO reseller (MVNE) Ztar Mobile has received $4 million in ts first round funding, in a tough environment for the sector overall. Novak Biddle Venture Partners led the round. The Dallas, Texas-based company did a deal early last year with Bratz, a popular U.S. brand of fashion dolls and accessories owned by MGA Entertainment, to launch a Bratz-branded mobile service, which retails at Wal-Mart.
