MVNO Kajeet Gets Best Buy Distribution
Tween-focused MVNO Kajeet, which currently only sells services via its website, has signed a deal with retail chain Best Buy, reports RCR News. “As of May 1, the MVNO’s services will be rolled out in more than 500 Best Buy stores. Distribution through Limited Too will begin in early April, the company said.”
Kajeet sells content aimed at the tween audience and includes parental control features allowing parents to control who the child talks to, what features they can use and which time of the day they can make calls. There’s also a WalletManager feature, so the parents can pay for some calls (such as to family members) while the child can pay for other calls (such as to friends).
