Mobile TV Provider Rok Acquires Fun Little Movies
Rok Entertainment, the U.K-based and now U.S. traded mobile TV provider, t has bought a 51 percent controlling interest in Los Angeles-based mobile video content developer Fun Little Movies, for an undisclosed sum which is a combination of cash to be paid in monthly installments through Sep 2009 and shares in the company.

Rok is best known for its technology for the mass-market streaming of TV services to 2.5G/3G mobile devices. FLM specializes in comedy shorts and short movies for mobile…it was founded in 2004. More details in the release.
