Long-standing mobile gaming company In-Fusio has officially shut down, with Bordeaux, France-based financial firm Malmezat-Prat tasked with selling off its remaining assets, according to Mobile Entertainment. In-Fusio raised an undisclosed amount of funding last July, which it was supposed to use to help expand its offices globally—but that clearly didn’t pan out.

The French company was one of the biggest in the mobile gaming industry in 2005 and 2006, securing the rights to publish mobile versions of games like Halo, and running a multimedia content platform for Sprint, among others. But then things got complicated: In 2006, In-Fusio split into two separate business units, a year later, it sued Microsoft over the Halo rights.
