Mobile web browser developer DVC Labs has closed a $4.8 million first round financing co-led by Trinity Ventures and Matrix Partners. The San Jose startup plans to add to its team of engineers and marketers as it prepares to launch this fall. It says it “will dramatically enhance the web browsing experience on mobile devices,” but that’s every mobile browsing company’s pitch.
