Mobile broadcast firm Roundbox has raised $20 million in a third round of funding. The Florham Park, NJ-based company raised $23 million in two previous rounds. The latest round was led by Montagu Newhall Associates while existing investors Core Capital Partners, Polaris Venture Partners and RRE Ventures contributed.
