Mobile application provider 3Bill has acquired UK social networking platform Profile Heaven. The companies did not reveal the terms of the deal. 3Bill, best known for its mobile billing application, said it plans to rehaul the online community aimed at 15-24 year olds by adding mobile functionality from its software to it. Profile Heaven will also be re-branded after feedback from its current users. The relaunch is set for this summer (release).
