Mandalay Media Acquires AMV Holding For $22.8 Million

Los Angeles-based Mandalay Media has completed its $22.8 million acquisition of AMV Holding Limited and raised $4.5 million in equity financing in the process. The mobile entertainment company has been in the process of buying the European mobile content firm since late August. AMV, which was founded in 2004, has brands such as Bling, Phonebar and GameZone. Mandalay abandoned plans to buy Green Screen Interactive Software earlier this year. Release.

I wonder what Mandalay Media would think if they knew AMV are running complete scam operations. They have been scamming 1000’s of users in South Africa by auto subscribing them to various sites.

Nice way to make a living but… for how long!
