Another round goes to Qualcomm (NSDQ: QCOM) in its patent battles…sort of. The US International Trade Commission has dropped a lawsuit by Nokia (NYSE: NOK) asking it to ban Qualcomm’s chips from the US, reports Reuters. The case was thrown out because of pending arbritration in Los Angeles rather than on any merits of the case, noted Nokia.
