Italian Writes Novel On Mobile Phone

In a sign of how mobile phones are improving in terms of computing power and usefulness an Italian man has written a 384-page science fiction novel while commuting to and from work over the course of 17 weeks. Robert Bernocco wrote the novel in short paragraphs on a Nokia 6630 (it’s not SMS-speak) which were saved on the phone before being downloaded to his home computer for proofreading and editing. While being written on a mobile phone is no reason to read the book, which is self-published on Lulu.com, it is a sign of what is now possible on mobile phones…but most content created on phones will be of the picture/video variety.
