—PopCap, the casual game developer behind games such as Bejeweled and Bookworm, has hired a former Cingular mobile gaming exec as director of mobile business development. Andrew Stein, formerly senior marketing manager of Games for Cingular Wireless’ Media Mall, will fill the newly created position as PopCap expands its mobile gaming initiatives.
