Industry Moves: Motorola Replaces European Head of Mobile Devices & Treasurer
The exodus at Motorola (NYSE: MOT) shows no sign of let up. The struggling handset maker has seen two more departures from its senior ranks, reports the WSJ. Mike Fenger, Motorola’s former head of mobile devices in Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) has been replaced by Steven Nolan, who steps up from his old position of VP of sales for Continental Europe. Motorola’s treasurer Steve Strobel has left the company. Larry R. Raymond, who has been working in private equity, after 20 years at Sears Roebuck & Co., takes up the position. Since January, when new CEO Greg Brown took over, Motorola has replaced its head of mobile devices, finance, human resources, technology, and marketing.
