Lee Fenton is leaving Vodafone to join Jamba as COO. He’ll report to CEO Lucy Hood, who heads the News Corp.-Verisign JV. Based in LA, Fenton will play a dual role, leading worldwide operations as Jamba and Fox Mobile Entertainment integrate, and focusing on the company’s consumer offering. Most recently, Fenton was director of consumer platforms for Vodafone. Prior to that, he was commercial director of Vivendi-Vodafone JV Vizzavi and held a variety of senior positions at other companies.
