—Crisp Wireless: The publishing and advertising solutions provider has hired Thomas Foran as its chief revenue officer to lead sales growth and counsel the company’s blue chip clients. Foran joins from Quigo, where he was GM-sales and operations.

—Sonic Boom: Mobile exec Jason Gall has been appointed to the post of VP-sales, reporting directly to CEO David Danon. Previously, Gall was senior manager-digital media for Boost Mobile.

—Billing Revolution: John Loschky is joining Billing Revolution as VP-product development. He most recently was director of program management at Mobliss.
