Voice SMS company Bubble Motion, which recently raised $14 million in 3rd round funding, has made a number of executive appointments.

—TS Ramakrishnan has joined as CTO. Ramakrishnan most recently served as VP of Engineering at AdMob, and before that as VP of Engineering for Facebook.
—Paul Hedman has been appointed Vice President, EMEA. Hedman previously served as COO for Seven Networks.
—Chris Dunn is the new CFO. Dunn most recently was CFO for broadband network Covad Communications.
—Rick Osterloh joins as an Advisor to the Bubble Motion executive team… Osterloh is the General Manager of Google (NSDQ: GOOG) Android Products at Motorola, and was VP of marketing and product management at Good before it was bought by Motorola (NYSE: MOT).
