Alao has been with the company for six years now and had most recently served as VP of technology and product management.

—US Cellular: Mary N. Dillon has been appointed president and CEO, replacing retiring John E. Rooney. She currently serves as global CMO and EVP of McDonald’s and her transition is effective June 1, MarketShare reports.

—4Info: Rob DeMillo and Julie Shumaker have taken on senior management roles. As CTO, DeMillo will oversee the engineering team, product development and tech strategy. Shumaker will be responsible for the ad sales team and b2b marketing initiatives in her capacity as SVP of sales and marketing. DeMillo currently serves as head technical adviser to Revision3 and earlier was CTO/co-founder of Transpera. Shumaker comes from 1UP.com where she was GM.
