—Mobile payments and billing solutions company Billing Revolution has appointed Marc Saulino as VP of Business Development. Saulino comes from competitor Bango (AIM: BGO), where he played an integral role in the company’s North American business as its New Business Development Director. At Billling Revolution Saulion will oversee sales of the company’s technology platform, new customer relationships, and business development efforts globally. Billing Revolution has proprietary technology that works on web-enabled handsets and accepts payments in 150 currencies through a “single click” solution.

—Thumbplay has signed on Sergio Bauzile as Senior Designer, to be responsible for the company’s website and WAP site. He will report to Thomas Tracey, VP of Product. Bauzile comes from MTV Networks (NYSE: VIA) where he most recently served as the Senior Designer for Rhapsody and Urge, handling user interface design, marketing initiatives, web design and more.
