Finnish Mobile Comics Firm Comecks Gets Funding
Finnish mobile comic firm Comeks has received an undisclosed amount of funding from Accel. The two-year-old company offers a tool for mobile users to create and send their own cartoon strips using video, photos, text and speech bubble graphics, reports Guardian. The mobile comic firm is in negotiations with several film studios about creating branded services, it says.
The company’s way of announcing the investment, through what else, a comic strip.
