Ericsson Buys Consulting Group To Add To Practice

Ericsson (NSDQ: ERIC) has paid an undisclosed sum to beef up its telecom consulting practice in North America. The Swedish company said today it has acquired certain assets of inCode’s Strategy and Technology Group, a professional services company. As part of the deal, Ericsson will add 45 consultants to its U.S. and Canada teams.
The inCode consultants will join the Strategy Consulting Group of Ericsson North America and retain the inCode brand.
