Early Adopts Of Mobile TV Also Early Discontinuers

This is bad news no matter which way you spin it. M:Metrics is saying that swarms of people who have trialed mobile TV in Europe are quitting the service, and tehre are now 19 percent more former mobile TV customers than current mobile TV customers, reports Broadcast Newsroom. The reasons given included price (45 percent) and poor service and reliability (25 percent). There’s a perception that if people try a service and don’t like it they’re going to be harder to attract to later, more advanced, services.
