Content Producer MoboVivo Gets Commitment For First Round Funding From United Equities

Canadian mobile content producer and distributor MoboVivo has signed a letter of intent to receive financing from United Equities, a Bellaire, TX-based investment firm. The financing deal will complete MoboVivo’s first financing round, the amount of which was undisclosed. MoboVivo plans to use the funding to help it promote its downloadable video services in Canada. It also hopes to add to its management team.
