Clearwire will provide Google (NSDQ: GOOG) applications to its Wi-Max wireless-Internet customers as part of a new deal it has done…the applications, including Google Talk, e-mails and others, would become available to its customers in the first half of this year. Also, the company will provide Google’s search services (including AdSense) on future Clearwire online and mobile portal applications, it said.

MarketWatch: Last year, Clearwire signed a tentative deal with Sprint (NYSE: S) Nextel to jointly build a nationwide WiMax network, but Sprint later pulled out after its CEO resigned. More details in release.
